FIELDSEND BED & BREAKFAST is situated in the small village of Langton Matravers about two miles from Swanage in the Isle of Purbeck. Langton is a lively village with strong links to the stone-quarrying industry, still much in evidence today. It has two friendly pubs, a post office/general store and a small museum. Fieldsend is at the end of The Hyde, an unmade road, in a quiet south-facing position, overlooking open fields and just a few minutes walk to the village shop for the morning paper. The footpath passing just a few metres to the rear of the accommodation takes you through National Trust farmland right to the clifftops above the spectacular Jurassic Coast. Produce for our breakfasts is sourced from small, local producers or from our own smallholding.
