• We are non-smoking and as we have animals we cannot accept pets.
• Guests are asked to check out by 10.30am and arrival is between 5pm and 7pm unless previously arranged.
• To secure a booking, a deposit of one nights accommodation is payable.
• We accept cash or cheques only.
• Should reservations be cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, we reserve the right to charge the full amount. Of course, we will endeavour to re-let the room but recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance, as we regret we cannot offer this service.
